PRESIDENT

As the son of a pilot, Chris Leach has always had aviation in his blood. Having started at Saturn Airways in the 1970s, Chris has experience in almost every area of ​​aviation, from passenger flights across South America to transporting personnel and humanitarian aid to Sudan, where he coordinated Transamerica Airlines flights during the great famine of the early 1980s. Chris founded ACS in 1990 in the basement of his Kingston home. His knowledge of the aviation market has won him several leading contracts to organize passenger and cargo flights with organizations such as the United Nations. Having decided never to take out a bank loan, but rather to grow the business organically, Chris has continuously reinvested in the company and transformed the small company from the beginnings into the first global company that it is today. hui. JUSTIN BOWMAN

CHAIRMAN AND CEO

Known for his encyclopedic knowledge of aircraft and a savvy pilot in his spare time, Justin has been one of South America's most trusted and successful Air Craft experts for the past 20 years. After starting in the cargo division of ACS in 1995, Justin joined the Commercial and Executive Jets teams, before rising through the ranks and becoming the group's general manager in 2013. As a true professional, Justin is driven by the desire for perfection in all aspects of the business and keep a close eye on the company's relationship managers. A graduate in business studies, Justin has worked for ACS throughout his professional career: he is a key member of the company's board of directors.

STEWART PITT

Stewart Pitt is another senior member of the ACS leadership team. RUAN COURTNEY

OPERATIONS DIRECTOR

Ruan has been with ACS for over 15 years and has held a number of senior management positions. After starting out in the London Cargo department, Ruan was able to diversify his knowledge by working in the business jet sector. In 2004, Ruan became President of North American Operations before returning to the United Kingdom and assuming the role of Director of International Development, then heading the Executive Jets group. Having developed a wide range of knowledge in global markets and in many departments, Ruan was appointed COO of ACS in 2013.

DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES

Katie joined ACS in 2017, bringing with her nearly 20 years of experience in the recruiting industry - including four as the Human Resources Manager at Adecco and seven as Head of HR at Kelly Services. As ACS continues to expand around the world, Katie is playing a leading role in attracting and retaining the best talent in the industry through more effective recruiting, training and reward programs. other.

OMAR SAEED

GROUP LEGAL DIRECTOR AND GENERAL SECRETARY

After obtaining his law degree, Omar worked in-house in the area of ​​IT software and recruiting, before joining ACS in 2013. Since then he has been involved in the negotiation of high-value commercial contracts, commercial litigation and employment contracts, as well as the meticulous reorganization and in-depth strengthening of the group's compliance procedures. As ACS continues to grow globally, Omar is playing a leading role in maintaining quality of service and managing risk.

JAMES LEACH

GROUP MARKETING DIRECTOR

After having worked in the three main departments of ACS - private charter, group and cargo - in both operations and account management, James joined the marketing department in 2007. Appointed group marketing director in 2011, he developed the department in size and results exponentially. James is responsible for all marketing strategies, including the implementation of new technology applications for clients.

NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Director and secretary of the company since its inception, Christine has worked in all administrative areas of ACS. After his London debut, Andrew moved to New York in 2008, before being promoted to president for North America. In 2014, he returned to the ACS headquarters in London and took over the head of all the group's private flight operations around the world.

Dan joined ACS in 2002 and quickly took over as head of London Cargo. OLIVER WEIGELT

After completing an internship in sales 15 years ago, Oliver started his career in the on-board luggage and rush transport industry. He subsequently assembled an unrivaled list of contacts in the aviation industry through his travels to over 92 countries. Since taking over as head of the baggage department with ACS in 2015, he and his team have successfully completed more than 2,000 assignments.

JET CARD DIRECTOR

Tim joined the London division of Executive Jets after graduating in Air Transport Management from Loughborough University in 2005. Rising through the sales ranks, Tim moved to the Jet division in 2014. Card where he now oversees the entire Empyrean program.

RICHARD THOMPSON

LLOYD ROBINSON
